Most radio systems require an unobstructed line of sight between the antennas, which works well with pre-planned and engineered radio installations. Unfortunately, the environment radio systems are deployed by law enforcement is dictated by criminals, and officers need to conduct their surveillance from concealed, non-line of sight locations. Crime Point's Non-Line-of-Sight Digital Radio Link System uses a lower bandwidth, which provides superior obstacle penetration to conventional radio systems. Our custom engineered antennas provide up to 50% better performance than off-the-shelf antennas while preserving the Part 15 compliance of the radios, eliminating the need for FCC licensing.
